Services We Provide: A.R.T. Impressions will customize and/or personalize gift items or brand promotional items using your supplied artwork by methods of but not limited to: Laser Engraving, Sand Blasting, Hand Engraving, Direct to Garment printing, Pad & Cylindrical printing Silk Screening, Sublimation, Embroidery or any typical method of printed materials for office use. Graphic Design assistance is also available for an additional fee. Vinyl banners and other signage also available (visit http://www.ImAPrintPro.com) General Info We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. To ensure accuracy, orders should be written and E-mailed or faxed. Upon request, we will E-mail a .pdf proof of the final artwork to you for approval before production of your orders. We are not responsible for customer furnished artwork. Items are subject to availability. We strive to ensure accuracy of data and prices represented within this site, however, typographical errors sometimes occur. We will confirm pricing and send you a quote that will need to be signed and faxed back as acceptance and start of the order. Pricing can change at any time therefore the quote will supersede the website at all times. (**See payment policy below)
File Preparation If you need help creating or preparing files please contact us and we will provide you with the appropriate information to do so. We have a rate of FREE for the first 1/4 hour, ($35 minimum for any chargeable file manipulation over 1/4 hr) $50.00/hour and an estimate must be approved for anything over 1 hour. You will receive a PDF via E-mail or a fax proof for content approval before sending file to print. Color approval proofs upon request.

Over/Under During production run of some specialty advertising items, there is an overrun or under-run in the item count which is not to exceed 10% of the quantity ordered. This is applied to billing accordingly. Samples Random printed or blank samples are possible with applicable charges. Shipping All orders are shipped UPS ground unless requested otherwise. Drop shipping available. Multiple locations require additional fees. Special packaging is available upon request. All orders FOB factory. We are not responsible for the delivery of merchandise after it leaves our premises. Replacement of any order delayed or lost in shipping is at the sole expense of the customer. Returns All returns must be approved and authorized by our office. Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. **Please note that due to the increased fees for accepting credit cards and the stresses of the economy causing late payments we have had to adjust our policies in regard to Payments! Payments All orders under $500.00... payment will be expected at time of placing order unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. A 50% deposit is due at time of placing all orders over $500.00 unless other credit terms have been approved. If a customer has established credit terms and fails to make payment based on those terms the account will then be placed on COD for all future orders. Any amount past due will be subject to 1.5% additional charge per month until account becomes current. Personal checks require prepayment. Forms of payments include: Cash, Checks and money orders will recieve a 5% discount. Make payable to A.R.T. Impressions. VISA, M/C, and American Express credit cards are also accepted methods of payment. A 3%-5% fee will be added at time of invoicing to cover any additional Bank fees for use of Credit Cards. For your security, our credit card authorization implements the AVS (address verification system). Please include your credit card billing street address and zip code if different from your mailing address. Additional charges may be incurred for changes or cancellation of orders in progress. A $30.00 service fee is applied on all returned checks. Prices are subject to change without notice. Liability Products are custom manufactured to your specification. Any violation of trademarked or copyrighted material(s) is at the sole liability of the customer. By submitting a design protected by trademarked or copyrighted laws, you are expressing approved authorization on behalf of the owner, agents, or representatives of the trademark or copyright to have that design manufactured by us on your behalf.
